The following resources from our partners will help you plan and prepare not only to attend the McDonald’s College Expo, but guide you as you make decisions for your educational future.

The DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)

The OSSE promotes learning for District residents by providing access to educational information, resources, and services for a higher quality of life. The OSSE helps residents make informed decisions about learning opportunities with post-secondary grants and other educational support services, as well as policy analysis, research, and community outreach. The Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS) department of the OSSE administers the District's four higher education financial aid grants: DC Tuition Assistance Grant (DCTAG), DC Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (DCLEAP), DC Adoption Scholarship (DCAS); and the newly added DC Adult Scholars Program (DCASP). Students may apply for all four grants using one streamlined application called the DC OneApp. DCTAG and DCLEAP are federally funded programs, which have made it possible for over 33,180 students to attend college since 2001.
